FreeCreditReport.com is a scam
I’m so incredibly disappointed in them. I’m really hurt by their fake commercials and ads.
When I first went to freecreditreport.com I read everything. I was afraid since they were asking for my credit card info. I though “Why do they need to know this if it’s FREE?” I read the fine print and it said “If you don’t cancel in 90 days your card will be charged a monthly fee.” I thought that was fine and actually set an alarm to remind myself that I need to cancel.
9 Days later I was charged $14.95 from a CIC*Triple Advanta877-4816825 CA . Which happened to put my account into the negatives; thus me resulting with an insufficient funds fee…
I went to the site and to my (not) surprise. There was a BRAND NEW ad on the front page explaining that if you don’t cancel within 7 days you would be charged $14.95. How CONVENIENT…
I googled the charge to see if anyone else has had that problem and it turned out that A LOT of people were angry about the same thing. I called up the number and was stuck speaking to a very illiterate woman who couldn’t speak good English, but not just that. Freecredit report.com doesn’t seem to want to spend money on clear phone lines. That or I was hung up on twice. But back to the lady; she kept trying to ‘explain’ to me why I was charged. I promptly and cattily retorted my comments of convenience and the small print lying to me. What IS the point of actually reading the small print if it’s all lies? She would “apologize’ and then try and make me continue my membership. Saying she would give me a ‘special deal’ of half off. Yeah right. I’m cancelling because you guys are LIARS. Why would I CONTINUE my membership.
I just hope that no one else can fall for those people. It’s up on the main page NOW; Most likely because they’ve gotten into trouble. If only the lady that ‘helped’ me spoke English instead of repeating book answers. …

oookay
So.
I kinda used some rent money to pay off some bills/ credit cards.
And then I find out that my laons for sumemr won't come until june...
the semester starts in MAY. ... so.... Il'l be late for junes payment and... might not have enough for may? hmmmmm Delema.
But it's good to have a card paid off. and a bill taken care of and another card ALMOST paid off.....
Midterms are here.
I got a C in advanced 3D. which I'm SOOO proud of lol. isn't that sad? it's really hard to ge ta C in a McCarthy class. So i'm happy.
I'm worign on a story idea i have, I'm kinda escited. I've found little bits of time here and there to work on the basic plot outlines. (during work *Cough cough*)
So yeah. I'd LOVE to work on it during summer whne I HOPEFULLY have more time.
I GOT MY SIDEKICK skin! and I love it. the colors are a little lighter than I though but that's how printing goes.
I still have so much to do. But at leats saturday I get to hang out with Ren!!! wooo ho. and maybe EricA? I duno. that would be cool though!
anyways I gatta go to blivk's and get sketchbooks for us X3 hurrah.
So.

So I came across a post talking about how an artist on DA had passed away.
I went to her DA site and saw that her sister wrote a journal entry about it and stuff... and it made me wonder...
I I died... what would happen? I don't have a sister who knows all my passwords.
What would happen to my LJ, DA, Gaia, facebook, myspace ect Accounts?
I decided to make a TXT document on my Comp somewhere that has the passwords. just in case, ya know?
In other news. A LOT of my family members are getting facebook accounts. WEIRD huh?
my aunts, uncles, cousins and GRANDPARENT have one now. so wierd. lol

I would really like to travel!
Everyone has traveled!!!
But the farthest I've gone was Floriday... :(
I wanna leave the US even if it's just for a day!
Lauren leaves for Japan in March.. NEXT MONTH! (Am I right? I think so right?)
She's going to be goen for liek a whole year @___@
Erica's Traveled too! ;(
I feel so lame.
I kinda feel like college has slown me down and held me back. But I hope it's like a sling-shot. ya-know? Pulls you back and then WOOSH! let's you go flying? I really hope I'm not wasteing my time/Money.....
I have an interview on thursday at Big Blue Dot Studios.
I need to stop by a goodwill or somethign and get fancy stuck up clothes to look nice in.
I also applied for a Animating teacher job at MIT. For the summer. I'd be teaching kids between 7yras and 16 yrs I think? Maybe 18yrs? I dunno. But it'll be good. It'll also be good since I'll be able to pay rent if I get this job!
My friend Lindsey also applied. I hope we both get it!! it would be sooo awesome to see her more frequently and we can talk abotu teachign and stuff :)
The only thing is. the interview for this job is.. VIA PHONE.
and Currently I have no phone... so... yeah.....
I'll be using Rattana's pre-paid phone then XD I'll jsut have to make sure I put enough minutes for a 1-1.5 hour interview.
Hopefully I'll get a good paying awesome Job in Cali in the future and be able to travel for a vacation or something x_X

Harvard passed this rule last year
that if your family makes a yearly income that's like less than 10,000 or somehting like that
and you make money from grants/ scholarships/ and other things from FASFA.
Harvard will Pay the ENTIRE REST of your tuition.
So you basically go for free.

WHERE HAS ERICA BEEN!? HOW COME YOU NEVER UPDATE!?

Anyways. Nothing much goign on... The stresses of three quarter reviews is over and now i've become a slacker, oh noes! I should be working on my HW. usually during the weekends, thats what we all do, go to school and do LOTS of homework. buuuut. nope. we whent to the ski/snowboarding expo on thursday, Rattana baught a board and gear, i bought a coat and goggles. then on friday lindsey came over and we drew and went to dunkin donuts? i htink.. nope, we didn't leave at all and went to dunkin donuts on saturday. lol
and now... nothing on sunday. we plan to go to dunkin donuts again :P
I think i might take commissions during break, but i'm still debateing. >___> stiiiill debating
thanksgiving is soon! yum, foooood. me and Rattana our both going home to our families. He's taking the cat with him cause my aunt already has a cat AND a dog ;;;
Same thing with christmas too .... U.U But perhapes for easter he'll come over to myy place :3 .. ... ... maybe. cause his family doesn't do easter, i think.

Money Whoes

Okay. So I had to go home this weekend to see my grandma Robbins, on my aunt's side of the family. She has cancer everywhere and as everyone else says "any day now" she'll depart this life.
Thinking about his... I was more -so worried about grandpa Robbins... how horrible it must feel to be so helples... how. after the fact goes... that person whome you've spent every moment with, through thick and thin... children together with, the person who sleeps next to you and keeps you warm at night. will never be there again... it's like that cold empty feeling whne your special someone gets out of bed before you and you, but it's perminant.
Most people don't last very long alone after such happenings.
In other news. When I went home I also had some lovely bills awaiting me. one was about $437. Which was for when I had strepth throat. Which I think is ridiculous because all i did was go there... wait like 4 hours. tell the doctor I have strepth. he confirmed it, wrote me a prescription and i was on my way.... $437 for WRITTING SHIT ON A PIECE OF PAPER!? growl.... and no insurance doesn't cover it. only extreme emergencies.
Best buy bill is racking up. If anyone is planning on getting ab est buy credit card, jsut make sure you pay it off completely within a year. or the interest will kill you!
hmmmmm been looking at other jobs lately. Found one desk job thing at a high end building in brighton (close to the T) payes 14 and hour and it's a weekend job 11-7 sat and sunday. I saw the listing for it a week or two ago but finally applied to it yesturday. *shrug* hwo knows? maybe i'll get it? That would be great. I really need the extra money right now...
I bought a mega millions ticket :P Like my uncle says 'you can't win if you don't play" *shrug* it's only a dollar. And I only buy these thing like once in a blue moon. so why not?
Heroes is on tonight so that's good. Me and Cloe are goign to make COFFEE MUG CHOCOLATE CAKES. lol and honey soaked lemon sliced XD it shall be interesting.
Looks like my life should be getting even more stressed and hectic. joy. hopefully the new years will bring a much needed nice break.

this semester is comming to an end rather quickly... and good news good news i have TWO SEMESTERS LEFT!!!!! jeebus!!!
I registed last week and i THOUGHT I had to take a general elective... but it turns out i DON'T! This means that I just have to take four classes next semester and four classes the semester after.. and then i'm done!!! :D then i haveta get an apartment and crap..... not fun... U.U i'm starting to save some money so... hopefully it'll help...... U.U eep.....
whelp... i need to find internships....... ... ... and do my homework XD

I've been doing some research in The Art Institute of San Francisco..... it's... Better. Debating, figuring... financing... ect.

uuum nothing much going on really... going to see Wall-E tomorrow and stuff, should be fun. To bad I'm broke.
My B-day is in like.... 3 weeks >__> less I think.... I'm scared. I don't wanan grow up! I'll be able to DRINK o____o
I really need to step up my game in school if I want a really good portfolio... it's hard to get motivated when you do kinda good in your classes because everyone else (nto to be egotistical) kinda sucks..... ya know? I don't HAVE to work hard to look good... they do the not workign at all thing that makes me look good either way.
I'm still debating on an elective for next semester... I might wanna do fiction writting.... cause you know.. it might helf write short stories for animations and scripts... cause i SUCK at those....

The Morning international Manga competition is goign on..... the deadline is september......the grand prize it 5,000 dollars.... and of course you get publised and of course of course, complete and total bragging rights,... I would LIKE to enter... but time is a burden... We'll see hwat happens I guess.
